Vinny has been a national leader in juvenile justice for over 25 years and a great contributor to CJCA. We would like to thank him personally for his energy and enthusiasm for helping young offenders and wish him the best of luck in his new position.

The event was a wonderful celebration of CJCA’s accomplishments and leadership in the field of juvenile corrections. We are proud of our history and excited to continue our work improving systems to best serve youths and the public.

In 2009 we hope to celebrate our accomplishments as we continue our leadership to ensure the voice of youth corrections is included in the national dialogue and help guide local decision-making to best serve youths and the public.

Submited on: Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 9:53 am CJCA is one of nearly 200 organizations supporting the Act 4 Juvenile Justice campaign to update and reauthorize the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA) to better support and improve state and local juvenile justice programs and practices. I urge you to write to Congress in support of reauthorization of the JJDPA and to get involved here.
