Each year CJCA’s leadership meets to review progress made on activities and discuss the successes and issues related to CJCA’s ability to sustain and improve programs and initiatives. The meetings serve as the planning time for CJCA leadership, the forum for evaluation of existing efforts and development of new approaches to help youths. It also provides the opportunity for board members and staff to discuss CJCA’s responsiveness to members and the field, generate new, innovative ideas and share results that serve as motivation for future work.
