The National Institute of Corrections, through cooperative agreement and The Moss Group and in conjunction with CJCA, is pleased to release this video recording of a webinar that will discuss the juvenile PREA Draft standards recently released by the U.S. Department of Justice. This webinar will discuss the changes in the draft standards from the previous National Prison Rape Elimination Commission standards and discuss the review process for the new standards, including the timelines for agencies to develop written comments about these draft standards. The webinar is intended for agency Directors, PREA Coordinators, policy writers, and other key staff that will be involved in reviewing the new draft standards and preparing written comments to the Department of Justice.
