Erin Condon is a Program Assistant at the PbS Learning Institute. A member of the PbS Help Desk and technical assistance teams, Erin also assists with communications, data collection activities, and website content development. She attended Boston University as a Cardinal Medeiros Scholar and earned a BA in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Spanish. At her alma mater, Erin studied state-level variations in incarceration and decarceration trends under Dr. Heather Schoenfeld of the Sociology Department. Her prior research, as well as her commitment to a data-driven approach to social justice reforms, led her to join PbS in 2020.
